Solstice provides a choice between two deposit reimbursement options.

Future Value

Future Value reimbursement values are based upon the current market value of memberships. A 20% transfer fee is applied. (Current value is determined by the average of the four most recent memberships sold within your Membership Classification).

100% of Initial Deposit

Deposits will be returned at 100% of original deposit, without a transfer fee, anytime after the conclusion of a Member's second anniversary.
