How Often May I Use the Homes?

Solstice provides virtually unlimited use of the portfolio by using a combination of Advance Access and Spontaneous Use days. All plans provide the flexibility to choose the right mix of Advance Access and Spontaneous Use days based on your personal travel preferences. How Will the Club Manage Growth to Make Sure I Can Use the Homes?

Solstice adheres to a membership-to-property ratio not to exceed 6:1. The most important indicator of your ability to access the homes is our highly efficient calendar management, which allows Solstice to maintain an occupancy average of less than 50% while most clubs average nearly 70% occupancy.

What is the Membership Deposit Used for?

Membership deposits are used to build out the member program. We allocate eighty cents of every dollar toward asset acquisition and furnishings.

How Will I Know That My Money is Secure?

Member Deposits are backed by the assets of the Club, which maintains a minimum of 80% of your original membership deposit on the balance sheet at all times. To ensure that Solstice is accountable and you are comfortable with the security of your deposit, we provide you with annual independently-audited financial statements that verifies adherence to covenants we have made.

Does the Cost Vary Based on How Much I Use the Homes?

Certainly, it only makes sense, based on travel preferences, that those who desire more Advance Access reservations should pay more. Solstice provides three levels of participation: SKY, PLATINUM and SIGNATURE. Each plan is tailored to fit the amount of Advance Access time you desire, and how far in advance you may access the open calendar for Spontaneous Use. Similar to a high-end country club model, the structure of Solstice Membership has two fundamental elements: An upfront deposit that is refundable upon resignation, and annual dues. Are There Assessments Beyond the Dues?

There are no special assessments outside of annual dues.

Can Membership Be Held in the Name of a Legal Entity?

Yes. Memberships can be held by an individual, trust or partnership, and there needs to be one designated member name on the membership.

May I Include Guests in My Travel?

Absolutely. Homes in the mountain and beach retreats have up to five bedrooms, while urban locations vary based on their unique attributes. All homes are designed to provide memories to share with family and friends time and again.

May I Bring Pets When I Travel?

Solstice homes are designated as pet-free environments so that those members with pet allergies may equally enjoy their homes.

Is smoking allowed in the homes?

All of our homes are smoke-free environments.

How Will I Make Reservations?

A Member Website provides access to the reservation calendar and enables booking reservations with ease. Further, your dedicated Solstice Lifestyle Specialist is there to assist you with all your trip planning needs.
