Each time you arrive at a Solstice home, expect to be greeted by your Destination Host or Manager. Our staff is eager to welcome you with a warm smile and truly wants to help make you comfortable right away. You’ll receive a thorough home tour to explain how the air conditioning, heating and appliances work, but they’ll also ask you if there’s anything you need before leaving you for privacy. You’ll even have the basics stocked in the refrigerator just to help get you started, or the local destination host will pre-stock the pantry and refrigerator with your advance trip shopping list items.
