M:H/DESTINATION: Destination Availability Advantages of Solstice

While Solstice operates under a true 6:1 member-to-residence ratio, we believe a meaningful indicator of residence availability is the ratio of members-per-homes in a destination. This is particularly important during peak demand periods. For example: Solstice owns 2 spectacular homes in the prime West End of Aspen. Our members enjoy exclusive use of these homes on a low 40:1 ratio.  Another destination club may provide 10 town homes 20 minutes away in Snowmass, but nearly 3,000 members are competing to use it at a member-to-destination unit ratio of approximately 300:1.  This high availability ratio metric is as important to our members as is the quality of homes our Solstice members enjoy—they want, and really expect this very high level of access to truly private homes in the best locations.
